As CEO of Extensis from 2007 to 2019, Osamu drove the corporate vision and strategy for the company. He started his career in software by building partnerships with technology and software companies from countries like the U.S. and the U.K., and marketing them in Japan. Osamu joined Extensis through an act of destiny: His father ran his own phototypesetting firm until it became obsolete with the emergence of Macintosh and their desktop publishing software. Osamu enjoys spending time with his wife, three children, and a chocolate labradoodle named Peco.
