Carli has spent the bulk of her 18-year career in human resources at Extensis, where she has helped cultivate and foster a culture that is familial, fun and fulfilling — all lending to high levels of engagement and impressive tenure across the organization. Carli enjoys a diversity of roles in her personal life as a wife, daughter, sister, friend, aunt and a mom to two very active teenage kids and two aging chihuahuas.
