Extensis Connect operates through your browser. Many operations can be performed on almost any modern platform (mobile or desktop); these recommendations reflect the fact that we expect most users to be using macOS or Windows systems.

Recommendations

  • We support the two most recent major releases of Apple Safari, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Mozilla Firefox.

    Note: Safari does not yet work with Connect Fonts for activation or other font operations. You can use Safari to manage users of Connect Fonts and Suitcase TeamSync.

  • You must enable cookies.

  • If you use an ad blocker, you must add the Connect site (https://connect.extensis.com) to its “allow list”.

  • We recommend a broadband Internet connection (20Mbps or faster download speed).
    To test your connection speed, visit https://www.speedtest.net, or use tools from your provider.

  • To upload assets from your Box cloud storage, you will need to enable pop-up windows for the site connect.extensis.com.
