Universal Type Server 5 and 6 have been discontinued. Information about discontinued software is for comparison purposes only and does not imply the availability of ongoing support.
Universal Type Server 7 supports connections from Universal Type Client 6.1.7 and 7.x, and from Core Client 6.1.5, 6.1.6, and 7.x.

Apple M1 system support was added in Universal Type Client 7.0.12.
Windows 11 support was added in Universal Type Client 7.0.12.
macOS Big Sur support was added in Universal Type Client 7.0.9.
macOS Catalina support was added in Universal Type Client 7.0.4.
macOS Mojave support was added in Universal Type Client 7.0.0.
macOS High Sierra support was added in Universal Type Client 6.1.5.
macOS Sierra support was added in Universal Type Client 6.1.1.
OS X El Capitan support was added in Universal Type Client 5.2.1.
Windows 10 support was added in Universal Type Client 5.2.
Applications supported by font auto-activation plug-ins and/or the Extensis Font Panel provided with recent versions of Universal Type Client.
Important: Plug-ins included with Universal Type Client are designed for and tested with the latest version of the host application. If you are not up-to-date on your design software, do not install the latest plug-ins with your software.

On OS X El Capitan (10.11), the plug-in for Adobe After Effects is compatible with After Effects v13.6.1 and later.
